Waunita Hot Springs Ranch970-641-1266
Waunita Hot Springs Ranch is located high in the Colorado Rockies at 8,946 feet and is 10 miles west of the Continental Divide. We provide our guest with comfortable and cozy accommodations. The Main Lodge rooms offer private baths and either queen, doubles or bunk beds (for kids). Most baths include tub/shower combinations, and each room provides space to unpack and store your clothes and gear for the week. The Hillside Lodge has four family units and is ideal for small family groups. In the off-season we offer a Bed & Breakfast reservation the price includes room, hot springs facilities, coffee, and full breakfast. Please call for additional information. This is a great way to experience our Ranch. We only know how to cook one way --good! Our emphasis in the kitchen is on homemade, wholesome, fresh, plentiful and tasty. Where else can you get such food as '"made from scratch" muffins, biscuits, rolls, cakes, pies, pancakes and cheesecake. There's also lots of salads, veggies, poultry, fish, pork and beef. With notice ahead of time, we can also help with special dietary provisions. Waunita's pool and spa -- Imagine having a heated pool and spa with room for those who want to float, those who want to swim, those who want to soak, and those who want to play. At Waunita Hot Springs Ranch, no imagination is needed because we've got the pool for you. We offer a 35 foot wide by 90 foot long pool -- one of the largest private swimming pools in all of Colorado -- and it's completely fed by the natural hot springs. This means no matter the outside temperature we're able to keep the pool nice and soothing, typically about 100 degrees with the tub around 105. After a day of riding, hiking or whatever your activity, you'll find the pool a popular place. Located at: 8007 County Road 887, Gunnison Colorado 81230.
