New holiday home on Table Mountain with large windows overlooking the Greenhorn Valley with fabulous views of Greenhorn Peak and The Spanish Peaks. A very quiet wheelchair accessible private location with deer and other wildlife. Bird watching year round with lots of hummingbirds in the summer and wildflowers. In the fall the golden aspen, cottonwood and oak brighten the vistas. In the winter the snow makes the forest and surrounding mountains beautiful.

Our full size lodge is ideal for small group retreats or family reunions! We have an upstairs and downstairs unit. Both units have their own kitchen, dining area and washer/dryer. Units can be rented separately or together. All units are handicap accessible with showers that are wheelchair accessible. The Upper unit has 3 bedrooms and a fireplace and 2 decks. The Lower unit has 2 bedrooms and a woodstove and covered patio. The home is air conditioned. Non smoking and no pets.

One house three rental options: Rent either the UPPER or LOWER LEVEL or THE WHOLE HOUSE. Call for details.

There is a $150 one-time cleaning fee when you rent the entire lodge; and a $50 one-time cleaning fee when you rent just the lower part.

The home is owned and operated by Fred and Carolyn Ettleman who have lived on the adjoining property for 34 years. Highway 165 is one mile away and one of the most scenic drives in the front range mountains.
