Sunset Ranch Cabins and B&B

    Cabins at the Ranch: 120 acre horse ranch; horse boarding available. Fish ranch lakes and 3/4 mile of the San Juan River. Quiet, yet close to the town of Pagosa Springs. Hunt in the San Juan National Forest nearby. Hiking, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing on the Ranch. All cabins have kitchens, cable/VCR TV, phone, gas fireplace, washer & dryer, plus gas BBQ grills.

    NEW Cedar Cabin: 960 square feet with 2 bedrooms, with full kitchen/dining room featuring a gas fireplace and covered porch. comfortably sleeps up to 7.

    Rock House Cabin: 1,100 square feet of luxury, one bedroom plus a queen sofa sleeper, sleeps 4, with a big kitchen, washer/dryer, cable TV, phone and a gas fireplace.

    River Run Cabin: 850 square feet, one bedroom plus queen couch, sleeps 4. Close to golf course, fishing rights and horse boarding at ranch.

    Two Bed & Breakfast rooms with private baths and a family room. Choose a full or Continental breakfast. A mini-refrigerator and microwave are available for your use.

    All Close to: 27 hole golf course, Wolf Creek Ski Area, and Parelli Ranch.

    Dogs OK with PRIOR permission for $10 additional per night per dog. No Smoking.
