Motel rooms each with a refrigerator and a coffee pot, some are adjoining to accommodate families. The rooms have a country feel with wood paneled walls, carpet and simple furniture.

The outdoor picnic area has a BBQ grill allowing for a centralized meeting place for family reunions and clubs.

Enjoy bird watching and wildlife viewing at Arapaho National Refuge. Walk to an indoor swimming pool, restaurants, museum and tackle shops. Along the Cache La Poudre/North Park Scenic Byway is the only Byway in Colorado that is also a National Heritage Area. Some of the activities you can enjoy in the North Park Area are: ATV trails, fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, ice fishing, and cross-country skiing.
