We now allow up to 2 dogs to stay with you. They must be kept on a leash at all times and must not be left alone in the cabin. You must pick up after them. Your account will be charged for damages/extra cleaning to the cabin or property ($100 cash deposit or credit card required). If your pets disturb others, you must leave un-refunded.
Policies
Please understand that we depend on seasonal revenue to survive. Since we are a popular establishment and reservations require us to pass up many other prospective guests on your behalf, we will only hold a cabin for you under the following conditions: Reservations require a 50% prepayment by Visa, MasterCard, certified check, or money order. Personal checks are accepted only for pre-payments 30 days or more in advance. Your account will be charged at the time the reservation is made, with the balance of payment and tax payable upon arrival. Prepayments are absolutely non-refundable unless you provide at least 30 days written cancellation notice, in which case we will issue you a cancellation number and return your pre-payment less a $25 fee. 90 days notice is required to cancel Christmas/New Year's season reservations, or to cancel multiple units. You are responsible for payment for all the nights we reserve for you unless you've provided the required cancellation notice and have a valid cancellation number. Additional group policies apply, inquire with management.
If you do not agree with our policies, or you're not sure you want to stay in a "rustic" cabin, do not make a reservation. We will not refund your money because you should have booked a modern hotel. Occasionally, a cabin will be available on a drive in basis. That is your opportunity to look before you buy.
