The decks offer views of wildlife, incredible long range mountain views and panoramic views of Pagosa and the world famous Hot Springs. The deck is so close to the river that you could actually fish, as well as enjoy the relaxing sounds of the river and fireplace from the master bedroom. I have appointed my townhome with many of the features that discriminating travelers expect, such as flat screen TV, ping-pong, incredibly comfortable beds to greet you after your day in the mountains, a fully appointed kitchen with everything you will need to grab a quick meal or to prepare a gourmet dinner and enjoy in the intimate dining room. River Dance is located within walking distance of Pagosa where you can enjoy this mountain village with it's movie theater, fabulous food, nature hiking trail on the river and the world famous Hot Springs. In winter Pagosa Springs is world famous for powder snow and you will find the world class Wolf Creek Ski Area 20 minute drive. When you return you will have a heated garage for your car and gear. Fishing privileges are yours to enjoy on a private Ranch up the road. If you are a horse lover, we have made special boarding arrangements and we welcome visitors for the Parelli Natural Horsemanship programs.
