Experience the mystic mountains of Breckenridge, a horse drawn carriage or sleigh ride, an evening of fine food and live entertainment in winter or summer. You'll feel as though you've gone back in time 140 years to Breckenridge's early mining days! What a great place for family reunions, corporate groups and weddings!
Imagine being swept along a picturesque snow covered valley nestled under warm blankets in a cozy horse drawn sleigh under a brilliant star filled sky and a dramatic panorama of towering snow capped peaks.
Welcome to Nordic Sleigh Rides, a truly unique Breckenridge experience. Your evening begins with a sleigh ride on our custom-built Santa sleighs pulled by huge Belgian draft horses wearing antique brass sleigh bells. Under crisp Colorado skies, the horses deliver your sleigh to a recreation of an 1860s' miner's camp. As your sleigh is arriving at the camp you will be greeted by the sounds of "rag-time" being played on a piano made in 1895. Enjoy a great steak, barbecue chicken or baked salmon dinner complete with hot apple pie for dessert. Dinner shows include live music and dance performances.

Come experience some real Western hospitality with an evening of family entertainment you'll never forget. The chuckwagon is one of the Old West's most unique, time-honored traditions. Originally a mobile mess hall, social center and supply chest, the chuckwagon accompanied cowboys on the annual cattle drive to trailheads hundreds of miles from home.
Happy Trails Chuckwagon Dinner & Show is truly a unique experience to be enjoyed during your trip out West, Located just minutes from Breckenridge, established in 1859, this Victorian town boasts the largest historic district in Colorado. Enjoy a great steak or barbecue chicken dinner complete with hot apple pie for dessert. Following dinner, it is our pleasure to present one of the best known Western singing groups featuring Duke Davis and his band Buckshot. Sit back and enjoy a spectacular Western-style show complete with cowboy music, humor and stories from the Old West.
