LOCATION: Koelbel Mountain Communities is in north-central Colorado in the heart of Grand County between Winter Park Ski Resort and Ski Granby. Two hours from DIA. 2-1/2 hours from Fort Collins and Colorado Springs. Three hours from Pueblo and four hours from Grand Junction. Albuquerque, New Mexico and Amarillo, Texas are both a 7-1/2 hour drive. Salt Lake City, Utah and Manhattan Kansas are both an 8 hour drive. Lincoln Nebraska is a 9 hour drive. Flagstaff, Arizona is an eleven hour drive.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS: From Denver International Airport take Peña Boulevard west, merge onto I-70 west through the Denver Metro and into Colorado's Mountains for 65 miles passing Idaho Springs to exit 232, US 40, to Winter Park, Colorado for 28 miles.
