The lakeside town of Heeney is tucked between two spectacular mountain ranges, and rests along Green Mountain Reservoir. Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway, a family vacation or a fishermen's retreat, Heeney is Colorado's pretty little secret! If you are looking for cabin rentals you can't beat Heeney Hideaway Cabins, with views of the lake and surrounding mountains these cabins are sure to enchant. Some of our cabins are the original cabins that locals called "The 7 Whites" for the workers who built the dam through the 1940's.

Heeney Hideaway is a custom-crafted cabin with one-bedroom, a huge jetted tub, and sleeps 4. The perfect place for romance & relaxation!

Green Mountain Getaway offers a little more room with the cozy feeling of being at grandma's house with 2 bedrooms, it sleeps 6.

Angler's Abode is newly remodeled with 3 bedroom 2 bath (1 with skylight), boat parking, perfect for fisherman! A king bed in master, queen in the 2nd, and 2 bunk beds in 3rd bedroom, the huge kitchen (new appliances), and deck, makes this a family retreat.

40 minutes from Keystone, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain ski resorts. Activities around the reservoir include snowmobiling, snowshoeing, ice skating, mountain biking, hiking trails, hang gliding, lake fishing, swimming, boating, water skiing, 4-wheeling, horseback riding, ice-fishing, wildlife viewing, and sightseeing.
