This newly remodeled three bedroom, two bath, condo overlooks Lake Hatcher. The remodel included: new tile floors, granite sinks, Cathedral ceiling, furniture, and big screen TV. There is one bedroom and bath on the first floor while the other two bedrooms are upstairs all rooms have mountain views! From the deck enjoy watching the wildlife that makes their homes in and around Hatcher Lake or just gaze at Pagosa Peak Mountain.

Enjoy summer and winter lakefront activities: kayaking, fishing, horseback riding, ice skating, snowboarding, and cross-country skiing.
