- The Cabins are open year 'round and adjacent to the Weminuche Wilderness area. All have the modern amenities and creature comforts of carpet, fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens with microwaves, individual barbecue grills and outdoor picnic tables. Surrounded by so much wilderness, you'll want to rent horses and boats, fish in the lakes and rivers, hike and take pictures. A country market is next door.
We also own & operate: Virginia's Steak House & Lodge 7 NEW lodge rooms & suites, some kitchenettes & decks. NEW pavilion for groups. The Steak House is known for delicious food in a rustic atmosphere near Vallecito Lake, NE of Durango. Packages available.
