Relax in your own natural hot spring pool (15 X 10 feet), this vacation home's kidney bean-shaped pool is odorless & 102Ą, soak before breakfast and after a day of outdoor activities in the Collegiate Peaks, and then again under the Colorado night sky pointing out your favorite constellation. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and sleeps 10 people in comfort. Other amenities include: a fully equipped kitchen, wood fireplace, patio with BBQ grill and a big screen TV with VCR and movies.

The impressive Collegiate Range, lies to the west and has the most concentrated number of peaks above 14,000 feet in Colorado, abounds with hiking, mountain biking, ATVing and snowmobiling trails, and is riddled with ghost towns abandoned by gold miners. Fish out your backdoor in Chalk Creek or take a ride on your mountain bike into the adjacent national forest.

Small weddings and family reunions are welcome. Sorry no pets and please note that the home is smoke-free both inside and out. Multi-night stay required from Memorial Day through Labor Day plus weekends & holidays the rest of the year.
